A combination of innovative technologies such as electric drives, optimized hull form, efficient propulsion system, high power battery system and cost-effective up-to-date electronics – enables the vessel to be considered one of the best models in the class.
The vessel is built on the modular platform of catamaran type. Hulls (floats), bridge structure, superstructure, deck – all parts are separate complete elements.
Multiplatform design allows for the catamaran to be quickly and inexpensively shipped to any destination in Russia by railway and assembled for 5-7 days
The modular solution makes it possible to construct vessels of different type and purpose.
Propulsion system and electric drives
In vessel’s standard configuration direct drive ensures propeller rotation using shaft lines and excluding gear-reduction units. Thus their maintenance and loss due to reduction are minimized. The shaft line is widely used in ship building because of its simplicity, reliability and extremely long life.
We offer an azimuth thruster with pulling type twin propeller at option. Twin propeller increases propulsion efficiency maintaining the same power which results in higher vessel’s speed or lower energy consumption. Another remarkable advantage is a perfect maneuvering ability of the vessel.
The vessel’s energy storage system is based on safe LiFePO4 cells. Similar solutions are used in the president series «Aurus». The system’s multilevel safety is ensured by three-staged electronic security and an integrated firefighting system with gas outlet channels. The modular type of the system and application of quick connectors provide an easy access to a battery and control modules if replacement or maintenance is required. The life time depends on the frequency of use and depth of discharge and generally lasts 10-12 years.

The vessel’s hull is produced as an all-welded structure with bolt and cotter fastening type. Laser welding used for continuous hull welding ensures light weight, reliability and long life. Hull forms are optimized to spend less energy for propulsion.

The main feature of Ecovolt interior is an adjusted level of the passenger’s comfort. The multifunctional “transforming interior” allows for easy changing of the distance between armchairs, installing armrests with different width and dividing arm space for passengers. Moreover, armrests can be transformed into table legs when the interior is used for holding banquets or other events.
The vessel has a high visibility and can be used for tourism.
Electric drives significantly reduce noise level and diesel pollution.
Spacious water closets provide full functionality for passengers with reduced mobility or those accompanying children.
An open deck ensures all-round view and can be optionally provided with smoking areas..

Bidirectional converter "PAPIR"
Bidirectional converter on base of frequency converter with AFE "PAPIR" series is produced in the power range 1 - 5 MW and has a wide range of applications in various power supply systems for users who need to change direct current to alternating one. It is one of two main elements of any ESS based on lithium-ion batteries.
Energy storage system "Prometheus"
Prometheus Systems are intended to ensure uninterruptible power supply to systems of megawatt class, electrical power supply of vessels with fully electric or hybrid propulsion systems, to store redundant electricity for solar and wind farms, to provide extra electricity power to grids in the peak hours and smooth out extra loads of power generating units.
Energy Storage Systems are manufactured in compliance with operating requirements for industrial sites and sea transport, providing excellent safety of energy storage modules.
